My dog has a skin problem ...help!!!!!?

Its called a hot spot, some times those just happen. If you have any antibotic cream put that on there, make sure she doesn't lick it. Other then that you can just wait it out, hot spots don't generally spread. Just wait a while if it doesn't bother her then take her to the vet when you have cash.

My dog has a skin problem ...help!!!!!?

Where on the body is it. Have you done a yahoo image search for ringworm, dog skin infections and the like? It may give you something to bring up but all in all, if it isn't healing... you may want to take the puppy back to where you got it and ask them. It seems like 7 weeks would be around the time (too early still in my book) that a puppy would be released from it's mom. www.dogfood101.com

My dog has a skin problem ...help!!!!!?

Where did you get her from? She could have ring worm....If she does you can treat it with the same creme we use for athletes feet.....I foster kittens and I recently took in 3 kittens with ring worm....The humane society I foster for paid for their treatment through a vet which consisted of Lyme sulfur bath every 4 days and a medicated bath daily....It did go away, but in the mean time my cat got it and I treated it with the generic creme for athletes feet you can buy at Walmart...since ringworm is a fungus like athletes feet it worked. Look up ring worm and see if it sounds like what your dog has.

My dog has a skin problem ...help!!!!!?

I know that there are some herbal remedies and spray that eases hot spots.... I think you can get it in the Pet stores if you cannot afford to see the Vets. It may also be allergic reaction to the dog food he/she is eating... But meanwhile, dont let your dog scratch too much on the spot so the patch will heal.

Hope it helps
