up until a few days ago ive been hoping to cure my dog somehow by feeding her raw meat when i went away for a month my helper bather my german sheaperd with chlorine and i suspect gave her some kind of poison cuz he apparently hated her she has lost alot of weight has lost alot of hair her skin looks singed she improved from a month ago but shes still really weak the vet said her immune system is already messed up but the vet never came in person here and im currently living in the philippines and the docotrs here are idiots compared to outside countries PLEASE please somebody reply ASAP add me in yahoo patrick_2wayanime please i love her alot and my mom isnt willing to listen to me when i say theres hope she wants to put her to sleep she can still live i dont know how long until my mom calls the vet days or more so please this is important anyone any help will do im willing to hold the doctor at bay with my sword or my gun to just give my dog a fighting chance i love her so much pls..

oh man . well first try feeding her veggies , fruits , i give my dog tea to drink when she is sick instead of water ,nut no sugar . Walk her take her to her favorite places bring her toys try to play with her( bring some life into her bones) . but the vet is the one who knows what to do we all here are just guessing , and give info that worked on our pets and out experience with their illness .I'm sorry to hear that your mom wants to give up but convince her somehow .

doggie vitamins. look up another vet online from another place and call them an see what they say. they also have things to make the hair grow back and they have a fungus shampoo out there that might help her skin an coat. get to a feed an tack store or petstore an they might b able to help more than us. we are not professionals. that is something a pro would have to help you with if you do the wrong thing bc somebody didn;t know what they were talking about could hurt her dramatically

If this is for real, you need to get that dog to the vet and pay for treatments. If you don't trust the vet you mother chose then find one yourself. And report what happened to your local animal control. Assuming you are not some kind of troll and what you've said is the truth, this treatment might be illegal even in the Phillipines.

Try feeding him COOKED chicken breast and pour the broth over some dry dog food.

If the dog isn't eating the raw meat, switch to a blander diet. Give the dog cooked meat/chicken/whatever without spices and bread or some kind of grain to go with it (even though wild dogs don't eat grain, this is a big part of a pet's diet). This should be easier to eat than raw meat or table scraps. I hope this works for you. Also, keep an eye on how much water the dog drinks. I'm not sure we are getting the whole picture, but nothing you have mentioned makes me think it is time to put the dog down. But we can't see the dog--be honest with yourself about how she's doing.

If the dog is suffering, sooner or later you have to decide to give up hope and decide she would be better off dead than alive and in that much pain. If this happens, you can have the vet put her to sleep or do it yourself, but either way, be there with your dog at the end. So sorry to hear about your German Shepherd. You say she is improving which has to be a good sign so do not allow your Mom to have her put to sleep. Maxine deserves the chance to recover. If she has a problem with her immune system then do not feed her raw meat as this will be too much for her body to deal with and will stress her immune system even more. Try feeding her with lightly cooked meat and give her vegetables so that she gets more vitamins and minerals from her food to help her build up strength and improve her health. Finally, German Shepherds bond with their owners and she will pick up your anxieties - this will stress her immune system also. Try to remain calm and you will be more able to do your best for Maxine. Good luck - she has good chances of recovery.
