I want to launch my dog to the moon in a homemade rocket. Any suggestions for how best to build this

My dog has always wanted to go to the Moon, and I'm ready to grant him that wish. He's about 15 lbs., lots of hair, but I think he could be pretty aerodynamic in the right rocket setup. Anyone know how to build a rocket that could take my dog to the moon? Thanks,

They have an extreme amount of detail on how they are building their rockets, with sentences like, "To give some expansion capability and make welding easier, each baffle is attached to the tank by 16 tabs of 1/8閳?thick aluminum, slightly bent up to allow them to flex. The slosh baffles leave an open ring at the edge to allow propellant to drain."
