Blacklight reactive hair coloring that can be washed back out?

I'm having a party, and my basement has about 200w of black light bulbs so i was thinking of making my dog easier to see at the party (to not get stepped on, he's a Corgi) by brushing in some paint or usually-invisible dye, so that in normal light he appears his usual brown self, but under UV he lights up bright green (which would be the COOLEST!). The important factor here, is that either the dye is completely safe for a dog to lick it AND it causes nearly no change in color to the brown hair, OR the semi-noticable dye is water-washable and can be removed by giving the dog a bath. And by dye i absolutely do not mean anything that's catalyst-based like professional hair coloring systems, i don't want to take any chemical risks!

So far i think my best bet is finding a bottle of glow in the dark paint, in white, and coating his fur LIGHTLY with it after making sure it is relatively safe in regards to if he licks at it. I think i heard glow-in-the-dark uses radioactivity though...

nothing should use radioactive materials. there are two types of glow in the dark. those that use electrophosphorluminscence like copper activated zinc sulfide based paints.... or uv reactive paints.

you definately want a non-toxic uv reactive paint.

btw, tonic water contains quinone (like schwepps tonic water), quinone is uv reactive, and it glows in the dark. it also glows in sunlight. red bull also glows in the dark.
