yesterday he was missing some hair on two parts of his skin that look like bite marks and today they look bigger and worse....what can it be...its missing hair in the areas and it looks like a rash

You need to get your dog to the vet right away and have him treated for the mange.

If it is getting worse take your dog to the vet. Kinda sounds like he got in a scuffle with something outside, and infection is setting in. It could be anything, get him to your vet, yahoo land is not your vet in such a serious incident... There is many things to think about, and hopefully your pet is current on shots (rabies) and so on...
